How to top up a gift card

Whilst your customers have no way to top up an existing gift card online with Gift Up!, you can do it for them. As a dashboard admin you can add credit to an existing gift card via our dashboard (see screenshot below).

How to undo a redemption instead of topping up

Topping up a gift card incurs our standard fee, and if you are looking to undo a redemption (for example due to a mistake, or because of a return), you can undo a redemption instead which incurs no fee. Just locate the gift card in the dashboard, expand the history log and undo the relevant redemption event:
