Stax payments

If you have a staxpayments.com payments account, you can connect it to Gift Up and we will take payments using your Stax account. 

You get paid for every sale in full straight away to your Stax balance, which will then be automatically paid out to your nominated bank account according to your normal payout schedule.

How to connect your Stax account to Gift Up!

1) Log in to your Gift Up dashboard and browse to https://giftup.app/integrations/fattmerchant

2) You'll need to enter a couple of keys from your Stax account:

To obtain your Webpayments token:

1. Click here
2. Scroll down to Web Payments Token
3. Select Show
4. Highlight and copy the Token
5. Paste into the WebPayments Token field in Gift Up!

To obtain your API Key: 

1. Click here
2. Select +New Key
3. Edit the name of the API Key to say Gift Up! (Optional) 
4. Select Save
5. Select Reveal
6. Select Copy
7. Paste into the API Key field in Gift Up!

3) After that, your Stax account should be connected, and your users will see this when they buy a gift card:

Please note that if your Stax has been recently created, you may not have the ability to take live payments straight away. Contact Stax to usher things along 😊
