PayFast payments

Gift Up integrates with PayFast, South Africa's leading payment gateway, allowing you to use your PayFast account to take payment for your gift card sales via debit/credit card through our checkout. 

Connect PayFast to your Gift Up Account

  1. Log in to your PayFast account
  2. Copy your Merchant ID & Merchant Key
  3. Head to Settings Integration in PayFast and copy your Security Passphrase:
  4. Enter your Merchant ID, Merchant Key & Security Passphrase into Gift Up and click "Connect PayFast"
  5. Once you're done, we'll use your PayFast account to take payment for your gift card sales.
