Acceptable use policy
Tens of thousands of businesses use Gift Up! We are proud to give them a better experience for selling gift cards. We also recognize that technology is an amplifier: it can enable the helpful and the harmful. That’s why we’ve established this policy. If you have an account with us, you can’t use it for any of the restricted purposes listed below. If we find out you are, we will take action.
Gift Up! is a platform that provides the tools and technology for merchants to sell products and services as gift cards on their own website, at physical retail locations, marketplaces and more. While we believe the free and open exchange of ideas and products is a key tenet of commerce, there are some activities that are incompatible with Gift Up!'s mission to make gift card sales better for everyone. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited in connection with your use of the Services.
Any capitalized terms used in this AUP are defined on the Gift Up! AUP definitions page.
