How to undo a redemption

If you've performed a redemption on our staff companion app, you can undo this if you still have the screen open, by clicking the "undo redemption" button:

However, if the redemption happened another way (via our shopping car integrations, API or via the Gift Up dashboard, for example), then you can undo a past redemption by locating the gift card in the Gift Up dashboard, expanding the history for the gift card, and undoing the redemption:
