How to combine 2, or more, gift cards

If a customer has more than one gift card, and you want to combine them into a single gift card, you just need to locate the gift card(s) in the dashboard and redeem all but one of them, then perform a top-up on the sole remaining gift card. 

This does incur a top-up fee from us, but if you reach out to Gift Up support we will waive this fee. Just mention the gift card code that you performed the top-up on. 

Alternatively, if you are technically competent using Rest APIs, you can use our API to programmatically combine them, which does not incur any Gift Up fees.
