Inviting extra users to access your account

All Gift Up accounts have the ability to invite extra users to access your Gift Up account dashboard. This avoids you sharing your password with other people - it's essential to secure your account. You can invite as many co-admins to your dashboard as required. 

Head to https://giftup.app/settings/users/invite in your dashboard and invite a new user...

You can specify their access level between either

1. Full dashboard access
2. Partial dashboard access, where you specify what permissions they have
3. Redeem only, where they can only redeem gift cards using our redeem app

Restricting a user to be able to redeem/issue specific items

If you need to restrict what items/gift cards a user can redeem or issue, then you will need to utilize the locations feature in Gift Up. Locations have the ability to redeem and issue specific items, and a user can be placed in a specific location, thereby enabling a specific user to redeem (or issue) only specified gift cards.
